Attorney Agreement

This Attorney Agreement governs participation in My Traffic Case routing, intake, payment, and case-management workflows. By signing this agreement, the attorney or law firm confirms that identity, contact, coverage, and billing details are accurate and current, and that My Traffic Case may route eligible traffic matters based on the published intake and coverage settings. The participating attorney or firm remains solely responsible for legal services, client communications, court filings, professional compliance, and matter outcomes. My Traffic Case provides platform operations, intake tooling, document workflows, payment facilitation, and administrative coordination only. Platform administrators may suspend routing, require updated onboarding details, or revise platform participation policies when needed for compliance, security, payment operations, or service continuity.
